EGGcellent Breakfast {Under 200 Calories}

{EGGcellent Breakfast For Under 200 Calories}

Start Your Day Off With A Smile.

A balanced breakfast will keep you satisfied, and on track, throughout the day. Eggs are a great source of protein, which is exactly why egg in a nest is my favorite way to start the day. This breakfast helps me get my protein and cure my morning carbohydrate craving!

Ingredients: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, Rye Toast, One Egg, Sriracha

Get It Cookin’: Cut a hole in the middle of your piece of rye (feel free to keep for dipping). Spray each side of the toast with a bit of I can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. Don’t make a habit out of using butter substitutes, but certainly feel free to add a spritz here, or there, to get your fix. Place your toast in a (non-stick sprayed) pan and crack your egg with the yolk in your cut-out center. Cook evenly on each side, a few more minutes on each side if you do not like your egg over easy. Top your egg in a nest off with a little bit of salt, pepper and Sriracha sauce for a tasty, hot kick.

Nutrition: Calories 141, Fat 5.83g , Carbohydrates 12.94g, Protein 8.5g

Tips! On average, Rye bread has about 67 calories and only 12.56 g of carbohydrates per slice. When it comes to satisfying your bread craving, rye is the safest way to go.
